eleance Act

3.

I enclose also a copy of a letter dated

21st May, 1925, written by a Russian named Verevsky te Gertrude Haessler, Moscow, Russia, and returned from Moscow to the dead letter office in Hongkong.

Captain Karasky states that he was told definitely during his recent visit to Canton that Vorovsky is

still in Canton. He does not, however, know who he

is or what he does. Torovsky is not one of the lead- ing Russians in Canton: but his letter is interesting as further evidence of the part taken by Russians at Canton just before the outbreak of trouble there

in June, 1925.

I have the honour to be,

Sir,

Your most obedient humble servant,

Governor

&C.
